CHALLENGE: The requirement was to build dashboards on Tableau, where sales data from more than one salesforce org were required to be combined to present to management. In addition to creating visualizations and dashboards, we had to connect third-party apps and data to Tableau. 

SOLUTION: We used Talend connectors to connect with both the salesforce org. Mapped data was extracted in SQL Server. We created Dashboard in the BI tool - Tableau, which was connected to SQL Server. Data was refreshed using batch which was triggered everyday morning. 

RESULTS Cymetrix was able to help the client to draw insights from the data.
