Well,looking for customer support job.Since i have a decent experience in outsourcing sector.I have worked in both sales and customer support department.Either inbound or outbound.Where,I worked for time warner,Mediacom,Comcast,Charter,Cableone, and many more as a sales rep.In outbound used to prepare a daily lead.Also as a customer rep where we used to assist customer on internet issues.Moreover I'm a graduate,Sociology and journalism are the majors.I can also work as an article writer.I can fit pretty much in all types of general jobs.provided sufficient training should be given.
