I am a Ugandan/Nigerian management consultant with experience across EMEA including East Africa, South Africa, Spain, Denmark, Nigeria, Qatar and Cote D'Ivoire. Previously, I was Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company's Lagos office working extensively across multiple industries. I have expertise in strategy, human capital, talent management and organizational behavior and I have supported numerous business turnarounds specifically on organization operating model design and change management and / or transformation.  Prior to joining McKinsey, I worked as a transfer pricing expert with KPMG East Africa (specifically Uganda and Kenya) working with Multinationals in the region to design/develop their transfer pricing policies and support them in negotiations with the different tax authorities. Currently based in Nigeria but willing and able to travel across EMEA and North America
