Abhishek founded The SS Consultants in 2018 to help organizations dramatically improve and grow their business. Prior to founding The SS Consultants, Abhishek spent five years at Cognizant Technology Services where he was a leader in Cognizant’s North American Data and Analytics practices. He also worked with multiple firms as a management consultant to suggest business growth and strategically position them in the North American and Asian markets. Abhishek’s experience includes Corporate strategy, lean process redesign, performance management, post-merger integration, workforce management, and leading transformational change. Abhishek has worked extensively in banking, insurance, telecommunications, and retail in areas including back-office, contact centre, branch/store operations, and shared services. Abhishek received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Lakehead University, where he graduated with distinction and earned his Engineering degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Azad University.
