Able to put together complex plans on spreadsheets to include department expenses which connect back to the projected income statements and the company balanced scorecard. Understanding of GMP, HACCP and control documentation. Particularly good with SME (Small and Medium Size Business) or self starters, or family businesses based on ability to communicate difficult concepts. Manage document controls and the preparation of company manuals.
