Working on problem solving in foundry production. Flowchart,layout,defects detection,maintanence of system and solving technological problems. Over 10 years of experience in Foundry/Castings. Subspeciality is foundry sands and core making.I have an experience in any casting defects solving. My biggest customer was Ford and product was breaking discs and drums casted from Grey Iron. My starting results were 20 % of scrap but for 3 years i came on 1% continually. I have solved a lot of problems in parts flow and have eliminated a lot of wastings by using experience and knowledge. We have created a system for cracking pieces and avoiding them of a pouring system. And also made a lot of good results in sand reclamation and regeneration by using a new approach.
