Jen specializes in B2B and franchise marketing, marketing research, search engine marketing (SEO and PPC), lead generation and social media. She is the Lead Author of MarketingSherpa's 2011 Search Marketing Benchmark Reports, the 2011 and 2012 Editions of the B2B Marketing Benchmark Report, and the 2011 B2B Marketing Advanced Practices Handbook (see publications below). Jen is a trainer for MarketingSherpa online workshop certification courses on B2B marketing and social media. She has also been a speaker at MarketingSherpa and partner events, a MarketingSherpa newsletter columnist, and blog contributor, and a speaker for MarketingSherpa and partner webinars. Her research has been instrumental in the development of new media marketing practices, including the FUEL methodology that powers B2B marketing effectiveness from lead generation to sales conversion. Jen has managed search, social media and direct marketing campaigns for companies in the computer software industry, consumer retail, B2B services as well as non-profit. Jen has been recognized for her successful experience specifically in the practice of search engine marketing programs targeting a wide variety of audiences. Jen has most recently worked as Director of Franchise Marketing for MaidPro, the most franchise friendly, technologically advanced, operationally efficient and marketing driven franchisor in the cleaning franchise industry. Jen is now consulting part time and caring for her young children.
