•Maximize the JMT Fr. business profile in the Egyptian OAD MKT and position JMT as the number ONE OAD in the market

•Accelerate Atozet Fr. launch plan to be the 1st branded FDC Lipid lowering agent in EGY, framing MSD as 1st mover to Atorva/Eze combinations instead of being late entrant, and the 3rd in athero MKT

•Leading the Diversified brands Project ( HTN project ) for Cairo & Guiza responsible for Re-Grow of the Hyzzar Fr. of MSD returning to be In-house Promoted brand after being Outsourced

•Engage customers and change how they perceive MSD Brands. Maintaining a Substantial Sustainable partnerships with the KOLs, ingrain the desired Company and Product image in thier mind plans and organizes activities within the territory based on an analysis of opportunities and objectives and then implements action plans in such a manner that ensures time and effort are properly utilized to maximize effectiveness.

•Excel in leading digital transformation execution in MSD EG with the cross functional team to launch VEEVA ENGAGE with excellence leveraging Digital tools.

•implement several initiatives to qualify Brand touch points to the best serving Business objectives.aware of sales developments, physician reactions to promotional campaigns, trends in competition, new competitor product entries, and effectiveness of campaign materials through appropriate frequency and efficiency in visits

•Develop the EDP for the team based on fair performance measuremnet and competency based assesment to address performance gaps , utlizing the available training resources and embed this in the day to day task of the teams to ensure the plan execution
