  Kim is amazing and let me explain why. She has outstanding technical skills. She can follow instructions extremely well. I had a large 93 page report to layout in a particular style and she grasped my idea and instructions very quickly. She responds very fast which was critical for the project she did for me. Her communication was great. She made herself available for edits over the phone and responded same day to the message board. Above all... she wanted to do a great job and has the skill to deliver on that ambition. I'll certainly be using her again.
