After gaining a BS in Civil Engineering, I commenced my career as a product engineer with Western Electric Corporation, where I played a key role in managing the transfer and implementation of new product launches to enhance the divisions production capacity. I then gained new technical and business skills as a senior level technical manager responsible for managing the work of other employees. From there I added new business skills as a consultant, responsible for delivering IT solutions to business units throughout the world. As a result of the specialist expertise gained in several similar positions, I was able to launch my consulting career in 1992. I now help clients such as Electronic Arts, Network Equipment Technologies, Bally Gaming, and DHL Airway Express to create leading edge solutions that create competitive advantage.
