Preparing project goals / justification / scope of work / cost estimation / budget proposal / tender preparation / project planning / bid evaluation / tender clarifications / contract award recommendation / construction monitoring and apply changes to comply with the project schedule. / Commissioning etc. utilizing PERT ( program evaluation and review technique) and CPM (critical path method.) Evaluate the work orders scheduled for major shutdown, attach specific safety plan and job plan, review the manpower, material and tools specified for each task. Prepare planning and work schedule for the effective utilization of work force and special tools. Refer the lesson learned from previous shutdowns and adopt appropriate action plan to avoid any risk related to – HSE / shut down contract management / as per the scope of work CMMS shutdown work orders are to be approved in advance to procure / reserve any spare parts having long leadtime for procurement. Verify and confirm all the materials required for major shutdown are available at shutdown store. Execute service contract as per the requirement of Manpower / heavy equipments / special tools etc (Crane / vacuum truck for catalist removal, etc) Conduct pre shutdown meetings with safety / operation / inspection / maintenance etc, as per the maintenance startegy followed to complete the shutdown with in the scheduled period. All Critical equipments are linked to - the maintenance procedure / spare parts list / drawings / manufactures record book, etc (linked to the equipment tag in the asset management system – Maximo / SAP for ready reference.) CMMS – Preventive maintenance. Experienced in maintaining the plant with maximum efficiency by conducting proper corrective maintenance / Preventive maintenance / Condition based PM / Spare parts management. Capable of optimizing the plant production and performance by conducting proper failure analysis (to increase the plant efficiency by reducing the repetitive type shut down hence the production loss) Producing various reports, Planning and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance. Experienced- Risk analysis / Reliability and HAZOP studies. / Predictive maintenance using various software – Motor management / Pipe view / ACET (Asset condition evaluation tool) / Bently Nevada Vibration analysis / Etc. Conduct Failure analysis, / Reliability study, / Material Management – SPIR Etc utilizing SAP / Maximo
