Actress Rania Mahmoud Yassin survived severe injuries due to the fall of "Najafa" during filming of one of her scenes in the series "Deviation".

Rania Mahmoud Yassin revealed the scenes of the accident and wrote through her personal account on the Facebook site: "Oh God, praise be to you, our Lord saved me from certain death."

And she continued, "I was taking pictures of a scene in the series Deviation in a villa from the old Garden City villas, and I was in the scene, the Najafah was very heavy, it fell in front of me.
