The moment we allow our mind to wander freely in a world of creativity and wonder is the moment life suddenly becomes real. Reality pushes at the forefront of imagination as we begin to see opportunities emerge through the lens of our own stethoscope. Our eyes suddenly open to the newly envisioned world around us. Imagination become’s life’s textbook and our existence becomes the test. Just as we seek education and imagination to quench our thirst about life’s unknowns, we must first learn to explore these unknowns ourselves and then clarify the answer to those questions to those around us. This is my next step. Now that I’ve obtained a formal education, now is the time for me to step up to the plate and take my first swing at the ball—one that will propel me to reach first base. With a Master of Business Administration degree and a BS in Business Management, I’m submerged into the art of business and real estate. But what is the importance of a degree with no actual business experience? As a professional Realtor, I’ve been fortunate enough to assist over 35 clients in the last 24 months in reaching their dreams of homeownership while working for a rapidly growing land developer and home builder in a marketing capacity as well. As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, executing marketing campaigns resulted in me being able to effectively understand the ins and outs of communication. As a real estate investor I was able to flip a home 3,000 miles away in Florida without ever stepping foot on the property during the renovation, which taught me how I needed to better communicate to manage a construction project.
