I work as a Mechanical Design Engineer in my current position and My responsibilities as shown below;

Responsible for Designing machines considering ergonomics and safe work environment of new Projects.
To prepare quotations, considering the cost in line with the needs of the customer
To decide planning, necessary manufacturing processes and materials to provide quality and costs.
To analyze the design according to bearing, thermal and static.
To perform periodic appraisals to recognize machine performances for Safety Fence Manufacturing Line, define possible improvements, identify training requirements and initiate corrective action plans.
To prepare Bill of materials and to purchase the required materials and hardware.
Continuous improvement of personal & technical skills.
Lead the manufacturing and assembly team

I use mostly Solidworks but I can use Siemens NX, AutoCAD and also Autodesk Inventor. I have experience in Machine Designs, Sheet Metal design, Manufacturing Design(CNC and Universal). I can build any machine from Design to Manufacturing.
