Master in 3d part modeling using Solid works, Creo, Catia, Unigraphics NX. ? Expertise in Complex assembly. ? Expertise in Static structural analysis, Rotodynamic analysis, Steady state thermal analysis, and Modal analysis using Ansys workbench. ? Expertise in error detection and correction of the parts and assembly as per the Ansys result, and functions of the parts and assembly. ? Expertise in error detection in assembly by using tolerance stackup method. ? Master in creating 2D drawing, tolerance drawing, and assembly drawing. ? Master in application of GD&T. ? Expertise in deciding the “Tolerance value” that can able to transfer required “Torque” and can able to achieve required fits. ? Master in Tolerance Stackup analysis (For clearance and interference). ? Able to Identify suitable materials for production use that aligned with environmental concerns and budget constraints. ? Hands on selections of Manufacturing process. ? Ability to resolve design issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
