3D conceptual designing of mechanical systems • Development of 3D models & assembly drawings in accordance to design standards and from existing design, using SOLIDWORKS. • Development of 2D & manufacturing drawings from 3D models, using AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS. • To review data entry in system for design and Bills of Material • Creating and maintaining data using Drawing Release and Control system (DRCS). • Research and development of New machine with reference to existing machine. • Develop the Mechanism and adaptation it on machines to increase performance of machine. • Development on existing machine as per customer demand. • Modification and specialities on machine as per requirement. • Making Assembly as well as part drawing of machine. • Design, calculation & Selection of standard Pneumatic circuit required for machine.
