Skilled in Tool/Fixture Qualification for plastic, sheet metal/welded & machined components. ? Packaging design experience using ISTA guidelines. ? Proficient in Tolerance Stack up and allocating GD & T using ASME standards Y14.5M-1994. ? Good in Technical hand calculation for verifying design safety. ? Experienced in preparing and inspecting engineering drawings of parts/assemblies. ? Good at choosing appropriate materials/manufacturing process for reliable &cost effective design. ? Know-how of design and development of fixtures used for part qualification, welding & assembly line. ? Track record of successful design &development with less errors at first stage of prototyping. ? Good Liaison skills with domestic/foreign supplier/manufacturer to discuss DFM/DFA issues. ? Understanding of Material cost, process cost &assembly cost for developing cost effective design. ? Sound knowledge of IEC 60601 standards, Quality and regulatory requirements. ? Familiar with design FMEA, Root cause analysis & Design control documents. ? Experience working very closely with verification,Validation, reliability, quality & regulatory. ? Skilled in handling System level Bill of Materials (BoM). ? Extensive practical hands on experience using Solid Works & Creo/ProE. ? Good at Hand drawing and sketching skills in conceptual design. ? Ability to apply logical thinking for solving complex engineering problems ? Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
