Immediate response to equipment breakdowns to ensure machines function well with specified minimum downtime. Good knowledge of operation and maintenance of PLC machines. Planning, Preventive and Routine Maintenance. Fixing of defects in machines. I ensure that the proper and standard operational procedures are strictly adhered to. I ensure all maintenance operations are carried out in accordance with the safety and quality procedure. I supervise technician and contractor to ensure delivery of mechanical engineering services. I carried out planned preventive measures within schedule time. I contribute to asset care agenda of the organisation. I maintain and update a log of maintenance work done for reference purposes. I generate daily report for all mechanical faults reported. I direct and supervise the activities of assigned personnel involved in maintenance of mechanical equipment while ensuring quick response and resolution.
