I'm a mechanical engineer, expert in Oil&gas safety valve and coupler, criogenic application, and motorbike design. I'm able to use software as Solidwork, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA.I can reconstruct object from points cloud making a perfect 3D model from hand made prototype. I'm able to make structural analisys and calculation also using FEM software. I learned how to design metal or carbon fiber parts starting from manufacture capacity of our supplier using CAD softwares as Autodesk Inventor, Catia V5 and Solidworks. I studied some parts of ASME in order to design pressure vessels. I studied OCIMF guide line about design and test of triple swivel assembly,QCDC, double ball valve and emergency release systems also for cryogenic applications. During my experience I used to reconstruct complex surfaces of handmade designed parts using reverse engineering tools as laser scanner of point cloud. I organize the assembly work and testing activities of different machineries. I prepare the field materials and tools necessary to assembly and test our products. I purchase all the parts necessary to realize the project and define the activities of a crew of 2-3 people. I need to define the production process of designed parts.
