With a masters degree in Psychological Counselling, I write articles for local magazines and newspapers. Have been working in the field of education and mental health research for the past 10 years. Community based work and educational research and training have been my priority areas. I'm well versed in adolescent reproductive sexual health, life skill development work with youth and adults and conducting surveys on the related works, counselling and psychotherapy, training and capacity building for educators. I also collaborate with the government in understanding militancy in Garo Hills and rehabilitating juveniles delinquents. Presently I am also pursuing research on social and emotional learning in school going children and its effect on mental health. I'm also passionate about creative writing, painting and sketching and photography. Technology wise, reasonably informed and can use basic programmes and apps like Word, powerpoint, publisher, excel, google surveys, google docs, camstudio, and the likes.
