Main Responsibilities: • Design Electrical, Plumbing and air-conditioning of Building • Design Single Diagram of MEP plan • Review material specification to ensure they adhere to the standards • Review all project MEP field reports on a monthly basis • Prepare specification for purchase of materials and equipment • Resolve technical issues from site work • Prepare and Organize Plan for Site • Prepare the schedule for site engineer • Monitors progress against approved schedule • Check and prepare site reports and drawings • Calculate of Electrical and air-conditioning in Building • Provide technical support to the customer to meet their requirement • Solve and Compromising confronting problems and conflict • Liaise with indoor and outdoor service communication • Establish project Milestones • Take note of new clients list and their feedback for Plan to design
