I'm a heavily experienced mainframe developer trying to transition into .NET development. I am a Microsoft Certified Applications Developer with about 1 year of experience (Junior level) looking to grow my skills. I can code in C# or VB.NET. I have a very good handle on HTML, CSS, XML and Javascript. I also have a good handle on SQL, I've worked with versions 2000, 2005 and 2008. I'm very negotiable on my rate, I'm more interested in the work itself and if it allows me utilize these skills. I'm looking for a decent size project where I can take these skills to the next level.
