Providing L2/L3 Middleware Administration and Production Support for enterprise applications hosted on Oracle WebLogic, JBoss EAP/WildFly, Apache Tomcat, and Apache HTTP Server in Linux environments. Responsible for installation, configuration, application deployments, patching and upgrades, server health monitoring, SSL/TLS certificate management, JDBC datasource configuration, clustering, JVM and GC monitoring, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot production issues including application downtime, deployment failures, stuck threads, high CPU/memory utilization, OutOfMemory errors, JDBC connection pool issues, and SSL/connectivity problems. Handle P1/P2 incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), support DR and release activities, and coordinate with application, DBA, network, security, and infrastructure teams. Provide 24x7 BAU production and on-call support while ensuring application availability and SLA compliance.
