I have built websites for Swiss Corporate clients, international companies, police motor cycle clubs, private medical clinics, village websites and and individuals alike, working with wordpress, Joomla, Mambo, Sitemagic and many other CMS as well as HTML sites with no CMS.  I have built hundreds (maybe around 300) websites.  I began by building HTML websites with Red Hat Linux in the late 1990s before CMS became popular. I am a native British engineer professionally contracted in internet services as Supply Expert, Internet Exchange Association of Georgia, but have plenty of time for your websites. I have my own server for development work and if required I may be able to host a site for you. My server is in Docklands, London which is one of the biggest server deployments in Europe. I have no background on Guru as I am new here but not new to webdesign.  Someone once said "If you do a job you love, you will never work a day in your life". It costs you nothing to ask me.
