For Hybrid apps, has experience with using Phonegap with bunch of other frameworks like jQuery mobile. Ionic, Bootstrap and Foundation for design, Zepto, RequireJS and KnockoutJS. Can create complex UI based on user specifications. For the two technologies, able to integrate a web-based API design to accomodate server side mobile app transactions. Also able to design SQLite / localStorage databases mobile apps.
