1. Discovery Phase : In this phase, we schedule call with the clients to understand their requirements in detail. We do the proper brainstorming session together and understand the vision/goal of the client. Based on the discussion, I provide them free consultation about their business model and refine the requirements. I discuss with them about MVP which we can launch in the market and then how we can scale further. I also discuss with them what would be the Technical Feasibility, Challenges and rough time estimation. Further I advised them what would be the best Technology Stack, Team Structure and Project Methodology to achieve the goal.

2 Scoping and Documentation : After understanding requirements from client,.we prepare the technical document where we mention the following info : 

• Detailed Scope of Work and Modules Description

• Front End and Back End functionalities

• Technology Stack and Platforms

• Team Structure & Project Milestones

• Payment Terms & Cost Breakdown

• Legal Agreement

3. Project Onboard & Execution : Once the Project is finalized then the Project is considered to be Onboard and the team is officially informed about this. We follow the Agile/Scrum Methodology for the project execution
