I have a career spanning over 20 years. I have served in development projects implemented by UNDP – Pakistan, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and World Bank (WB), including as UN volunteer Project Officer at UNDP Somalia. I have extensive experience of policy analysis, including policy formulation, implementation and evaluation,. project management, program management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Resource Mobilization and Partnership, Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management, gender and environment. I also got published in research journals of repute. Achievements Developed phased Action Plan to initiate short and long term legislative, administrative and academic reforms in public sector universities of Punjab. Played pivotal role in establishing Punjab Tianjin University of Technology, Lahore – Pakistan Participated in public policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Research endeavors to analyze public policy at various levels. Successfully published research articles in well reputed research journals on issues related to poverty, gender and organization and management Contributed to development of ‘10 Year’s Strategic Development Program of Punjab Literacy & Non Formal Education Department’. Participated in restructuring of Punjab Health Foundation under Punjab Health Sector Reform Program. Contributed to Human Resource Policy of Agriculture Department by streamlining data of its HR. Fed into Education Policy by managing College Management Information System. Developed and implemented Result Based Monitoring Framework. Monitoring & Evaluation of $ 55 million Somalia Institutional Development Project of UNDP Somalia. Monitoring & Evaluation of $ 12.36 million poverty reduction project of UNDP Pakistan. Monitoring & Evaluation of $ 17.415 million combating rural poverty project UNDP Pakistan.
