Knowledge of industrial standards required in automobiles, heavy machine designs and castings. • Complete knowledge of following software: NX (versions 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.010.0,11), AutoCAD and DelCam. • Experience in tool design, injection mould, white light scanning data, micro scyber data, CNC programming, 2D to 3D conversion and vice versa and reverse engineering. • Commercial activities related to Part and Project costing in Sheet Metal. • Experience in development of Jigs and fixtures. • Experience in Mould and Tool Cost evaluation with complete breakup for customer approval. • Experience in Sand Casting and Investment Casting.
