I've been working in Property Valuer for 2 years, and recently in Banking for 3 years. Having been working in Property Valuation Services and Banking industry, I am used to work under short deadline and under high pressure. I possess a strong analytical skill, familiar and comfortable with numbers, financial modeling, terms, projections and metrics. I used to work under fast-pace situation, with high discipline and attention to details. I am also a fast learner and a multitasker. I use Ms Excel mostly in my former role, and become expert in it.
