I am an Administrative Supervisor/Assistant for 16 years.  My primary responsibilities are but not limited to office administration and management,  supervising admin team, procurement, keeper, monitoring of corporate confidential files/digital assets credentials, arrange hotel and travel bookings, appointment setting, assist in organizing a company event, basic technical troubleshooting, and assist our CEO and VP  in organizing meetings, inquiries, drafting letters, and other tasks assigned from time to time. 

I am using Google Business App ( Google Suite, Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Trello for project management, Slack, WhatsApp, and zoom for communication, and Canva for designs.

I have passed/finished my online Virtual Assistant Courses which add more skills about internet Research,  Calendar Settings, Microsoft Office, Email Management, Facebook Management, and WordPress) and passed my Action Items in FB Ads Intensive Webinar.

I can work with minimal supervision, have a go get done attitude, research and ask for things unclear to me, and am easy to get along with because I value time in all the things I do.
