Being into music industry for the last 4 years, I can confidently define myself as a sociable, solution-focused out-of-the-box thinker and fast-learner, who openly utilizes new concepts and systems to get the best possible result on every project. Through my short experience, outlined in my resume and my ongoing education I have developed skills in music marketing, brand positioning and audience engagement, as well as work ethic, e-mail and telephone manner, social media strategies and the ability to effectively read and work with analysis to in order to improve the visibility and interaction of various campaigns. But more importantly I have built a network of musicians, taste makers and industry professionals, which gives me the opportunity to observe, collaborate and acquire new up-to-date skills and knowledge on a regular basis.Another think that my freelance work has taught me is how to be a self-starter and decision maker and work autonomously and how to effectively manage projects. I also believe that time management is a crucial asset in a fast-paced highly-demanding environment. In this aspect, I think that time cannot be managed, it goes by anyway. But what I am capable of managing is activities. Effective prioritizing and activity management are two strong features of mine, which I have acquired working on a freelance basis.
