Able to write any App given the Specifications using State-of-the Art Processes and Tools (Libraries, Build Systems, IDE, Testing Methods and Verification/Beta Processes) Able to coach and explain standard Usecases and Design decisions (In-App Payment, Swipe Gestures and such) Have a solid overview of good existing Apps for most Features, so i can clone (in a good way) and improve the UI/UX.
