I have a great work attitude, a lot of knowledge and experience, and demonstrate gumption for solving problems. I'm dedicated to my employer and work hard to make sure that problems are fixed in a timely manner. My two greatest assets are: 1) the ability to assess a situation rapidly and accurately, and then decide the best course of action given the available technology and budget 2) being able to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner without being dismissive or condescending.
