I am a mechanical engineer by training with a MS in the field. I have been performing network design, install and maintenance for a company in Alaska for the past 2 years, and i have several years of experience operating Internet Service Providers as well. The company currently has a 50 site wireless network providing data and voice communications in the Aleutian Chain of Alaska. During the course of this project i have become very adept with Linux based server deployment, including web, database, RADIUS, DNS and Asterisk PBX deployment and install. I have developed several calling card like applications for heavy industry phone systems using Asterisk.
