Liaison for HCA's Network Operations Center; responsible for managing a new 170+ site AT&T T1 data circuit implementation at both hospital and remote facilities. Assisted hospital Directors of Information Systems with scheduling and configuration changes to company's 10,000+ Cisco (IOS) router network. A total of 265 circuits were installed enabling HCA to save significantly on cost associated with data T1 circuits. Other responsibilities include extensive documentation of schedules, tracking of issues and resolution and support of HCA's proprietary systems. Responsible for Windows NT/2000/2003 server and system administration, LAN/WLAN/WAN network administration along with server and PC data migrations all within a Windows NT and 2000 server environment.
