I am experienced as a Network Engineer for 2.6 years and have a good knowledge on Cisco Hardware: Catalyst switches (cat3k,cat9k,cat6k,cat4k), Nexus switches(Nexus5k, Nexus7K, Nexus9k), ASR’s, ISR’s. Good troubleshooting skills and Configuring Static and Dynamic routing protocols (RIPv1/v2, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP). I am good in communicating directly with customers on phone and via emails to address their issues and resolve the issues within the SLA. Documenting case studies and relevant IT processes and procedures and adding to the knowledge base of the organization. I have basic knowledge on python and HTML and interested in Network protocol testing and automation fields.
