- Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting - Network security (firewall configuration, NAT, IDS/IPS), web security, SIEM. - Deployment and maintaining Cisco Network devices such as d Cisco ASA 5500 series, Cisco ASA 5500-X Series, Cisco ISR, Cisco Catalyst 3500, Cisco ASR. - Configure and troubleshoot of Cisco VPN technologies including Cisco AnyConnect, Cisco VPN Client on Windows, Mac OS and IP phones. - Troubleshoot network issues including but not limited to EIGRP, OSPF, VLAN, HSRP, DNS, TCP/IP, PKI, SMB, FTP, TFTP, SNMP, SMTP.
