Our Network infrastructure implementation service entails a six-phase process beginning with discovery and requirements gathering and resulting in solution handover and training.

1- Discovery

2- Design

• Define logical and physical network topology

• Specify performance, availability, and redundancy requirements

• Integrate security design (firewalls, segmentation, access control)

• Design for growth and scalability (cloud, hybrid models, virtualization)

• Produce detailed design documentation, diagrams, and bill of materials (BoM)

3- Acquisition

• Identify vendors and evaluate product compatibility

• Request quotes and proposals (RFQs/RFPs)

• Compare cost, performance, and vendor support

• Finalize procurement contracts and licensing agreements

• Schedule delivery timelines for equipment and services

4- Deployment

• Prepare implementation plan and change management approvals

• Install physical hardware (switches, routers, firewalls)

• Configure network devices, security controls, and monitoring tools

• Implement LAN/WAN/WiFI

• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes

5- Testing

• Conduct unit, integration, and system-level testing

• Perform load, failover, and redundancy testing

• Verify security measures (penetration testing, vulnerability scanning)

• Compare performance against SLAs and KPIs

• Document test results and resolve issues before go-live

6- Handover & Training

• Deliver complete documentation (design, configurations, test results)

• Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end users (if applicable)

• Provide operational runbooks and escalation procedures

• Define ongoing support model (internal/external)

• Formally hand over infrastructure to operations with sign-off
