I began my writing career 11 years ago at a regional newspaper in London, UK. This sparked my passion for writing and since then I have written for websites, guide books, magazines and newspapers all over the world.I am now focusing most of my attention on food writing while working as a recipe developer.
I have 10 years of ballroom dance experience, two years of teaching experience and a wealth of writing experience. I have been published in newspapers and poem anthologies in the UK, magazines and travel guides in China and newspapers in America. I studied food technology for 4 years and I am currently developing and writing up recipes for a well-known American, health website. I also have an RP English accent, which is perfect for voice overs. I have become extremely passionate about food writing in recent years and hope to one day publish my own cookbook, which I am currently developing.
