Author of the popular 51-book state series Do Your Own Nonprofit and Nonprofit Touchdown: Winning the 501c3 Game Against IRS. New to Guru, but not to setting up nonprofits. I have set up over 1,000 nonprofits with 100% IRS approval. My services include IRS-compliant Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, Conflict of Interest Policy and Conflict of Interest Annual Statement, Initial Board Meeting minutes covering all the mandatory items your board must vote on to officially start operations, and donation receipts. California, Florida, Georgia and a few other states have additional hoops to jump through and I do the paperwork for those additional items. Also included are FEIN registration if you need it, and federal application for 501c3 tax exempt status. You will need to fill out a questionnaire of the info I need to do your nonprofit formation. NOTE: If you are setting up a church, school, hospital, or your organization is over 27 months old, and/or has current annual revenue over $50,000, the paperwork is much more involved. Preparation of these packages will require ongoing collaboration so expect to be involved in the process. I will do the paperwork to make set up simple, fast, and easy. You must pay the state and federal processing fees. Hundreds of references upon request, including attorneys.
