Your group will develop a three- to five-year strategic plan that clarifies your mission and organizational values and outlines the concrete steps you will take to meet your goals. You may choose to receive coaching in taking your own organization through this process, or to have strategic planning sessions led by me remotely or in person. Strategic Planning Packages include: - Coaching to help you host your own strategic planning session (5-15 hour package). - Remotely-led Strategic Planning through video- or audio-conferencing (15-30 hour package) This package requires that your group have access to reliable video or audio-conferencing tools. If you would like to use this package but do not have immediate access to a video- or audio-conferencing set-up, I can help you identify some ways you may access these tools in our initial phone call. - In-person Strategic Planning sessions,for organizations within a 100 mile radius of Buffalo, NY (15-30 hour package, plus travel). I will lead your group in an eight-hour strategic planning session remotely, and coach a designated member of your group to serve as an on-site facilitator. I will compile the results of your session in a document, and provide feedback at the end of your session on next steps for your organization.
