I partnered with 20+ healthcare workers to help them achieve a band score of B required to appear in the USMLE/PLAB examinations. As they possessed very little knowledge about grammatical abilities, the greatest task was to assist them in passing the examination's writing subtest. 

I worked with these clients to implement the following solutions.

1) I organized daily Zoom sessions in order to hone their reading and listening skills. 

2) I created video instructions to assist them in properly allocating their time for the exam.

3) For the writing subtest, I formulated study notes and evaluated their written tasks on daily basis
