SAP manuals generally cover business MM, IM, PM and AM modules, while MS Office generally cover Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Visio apps. I create guides which show the user in fine detail how a process should be conducted, along with screenshots, likely errors and resolutions, FAQ's and tips. This means the user can complete the process, with minimal external guidance.
