I started as a Sales advisor inbound and outbound promoting Telstra. We offer Mobile Plans, Internet, and Home Phones. After 1 year and 3 months, I was promoted as an SME, I still took calls but I’m more focused on assisting new advisors. And luckily after 3 months, I was promoted right away as a Team Lead, and that drives or boosts my confidence more, and after 6 months promoted as an Operation Manager. I would say that this was the peak of my career attaining the position that I want to have. I manage 7 teams and at the same time, my task is to make sure everything is working what we predicted.
