I have over 20 years’ experience in the logistics industry with a strong operational background gained with industry leading organisations. I have successfully relocated 22 operational sites over the past four years in a fast moving logistics organisation. I take complete ownership of the process from construction of the business case to benefits realisation and work right across the business functions. I have experience of managing a cross-functional programme which includes IT, operations, finance and external customers with project budgets up to £1M.
