I’m an Accounts and Operations Management professional for outsourced customer support for more than 10 years.  In my tenure,  I have worked with varying organizational structures from start-ups to hybrid service providers, and established ones too.  I currently work as a Business Development Manager for a software development provider handling client facing and some project management to bridge clients and our development teams.  My multitude of experience allowed me to handle different support verticals, from voice, emails/tickets, chat, and remote desktop.  I had the opportunity to manage 400 FTEs which includes Senior Supervisors, Coaches, Workforce Managers, Team Leaders, Escalations, Customer Service and Technical Support teams.  Part of my portfolio are successful initiatives that helped companies I work with bridge operational gaps and increase productivity.  This includes Centralized Knowledge-base, Scripters, and a Coaching System for our quality teams.  The wealth of experience I have attained over the years have helped me become not only the best in what I do, but an asset to any organization I work with.
