Have developed successful programs for progressive organizations who need to adapt to succeed. This includes the creation of new and progressive strategic planning to include scenario planning. Have instructed leadership and the risks associated with leadership to business professionals and college seniors. I am most excited when working on a project or with people who are looking to stay progressive. I like to problem solve and feel leadership and the practice of leadership is the most important thing to understand when dealing with adaptive change. I am diagnostic and have created a number of successful programs. My background and education have prepared me for the most difficult of projects.
