Consulted with energy office of major Northeast city, developing process for soliciting vendors in performance contract for prison system. Provided energy consulting services to a large (23 building) school district, assisting the business manager in preparing an energy performance request for proposals, evaluating respondents, assisting in the vendor selection process, participating in negotiations, monitoring the implementation phase, and evaluating the results. Provided technical assistance to utility cost-analysis firm based in Pennsylvania, including liason with client's major energy using customers.
