Performing OFMW installations, configuration, upgrades and applying patches. ? Assessment of overall OFMW performance and identifying all areas of enhancements and applying best practice. ? Monitoring OFMW performance machines and resources utilization. ? Troubleshooting for all OFMW technical problems and issues. ? Ensure proper and successful OFMW backup/recovery procedures. ? Support Handling Service requests (SR) open with the software vendor if needed. ? Doing & preparing the scope and demos as per customers needs.
