I have been teaching Hebrew and Judaic studies since 1990 in Hebrew Language, 2nd - 12th grades. In my Hebrew teaching I focus on speaking, reading and writing modern Hebrew. The lessons are taught using the "Ivrit B'Ivrit" concept. I teach students to practice and use correct lashon and dikduk ( grammer ). Every week students receive a list of vocabulary relating to a story or text they learned in class. Students develop tools to conjugate verbs with past present and futur tense. Students learn to write and express themselves on different topics in daily conversation, from simple sentences to a short story. Conversation are live and related to topics such as Jewish holidays and Israel.
